MY 30 DAYS SHRED : WEIGHT LOSS AND TONE MUSCLES CHALLENGE
Heyya, Guys! Nice to meet you again. Today is another crazy monday, with an unimportant meeting that waste 3 hours of my precious times for just some little sharing and hearing. HUH!! I have sooo much to do just with some little times left. So, I just left it undone. Pity :(.
Well, today I'm not gonna talk about how bad my day is. But.... about my weight loss and tone muscles program.
Yes! I'm a little overwight. It happens after a few months of my marriage life. Hubby is like a bad habit for me. Too much eat great food with high calories and junk food, sodas, sugars, etc, and less excercise. Man.... He made me develop bad habit.
I'm not a sexy skinny girl before, but not fat either, so I was not a kind of calorie count person. And I'd loved to excercise. Bicycling, walking, cardio training, aerobics. I do love to move my body and build a muscle. That's me. I began since I was in High School. I was like, having a slight six pack abs that time. Wooo.... ^O^....

I hate to admit that I need help and some real action to make me healthier. Ups! I forgot to tell you that my height is 158 cm. So, I'm too weight for my (short) height. Any diet? Don't ask. I did some excellent diet, but ended up bad. The bouncing effect is the hardest punch right to my face.
And finally, I did realize that I just couldn't live like this anymore. I have to do something to get my healthy body back. Today is the second day of my weight loss challenge. I mixed yoga, cardio and dance to my daily routine. I do not count of how much I lost my calories from working at laboratory *I swear to you that my job required physical strength. So maybe I burn more than enough for a day.
As personal trainer, I'm counting on some videos from youtube. I love BeFit Channel. They upload various workout. I'm a fan of Denise Austin. She is the best trainer I've ever seen on videos. Her voice is so relaxing and clear. So it's easier to follow each movements she taught. And she did various workout e.g : yoga, pilates, cardio, aerobic, taeboxing, even ballet workout. Yeiiiyyyy!!! And second best is Jillian Michael, she has the best weight loss programs. It's really hard to follow, because it's really exhausting, but I think it's worth to try. And for relaxing, I get Rainbeu Mars yoga workout.
