SWEDISH SPA FACIAL CARE KIT : A REVIEW ABOUT MY WEEKLY ROUTINE

Hi, there..... Nice to meet you again. I've been thinking of what should I write for my next post. I want to review some of my beauty haul, but honestly I don't know whether it's been showing any differences on my skin conditions yet. I'll wait for more couple weeks, then. ;p

Today, I'm gonna share some of my favorite products from Oriflame. 

Well, I should tell you that it's one of my favorite brand for its mild ingredients. I have a quite sensitive skin which is really unfriendly of most of drugstore skincare. I've waste quite amount of money for many skincares. I've been trying some local brands, even some of imported brands which is ended up very bad. My skin gets oilier, pimples, rash, even burn sensation on my skin. Erghhhh.... >_<. But, I'm glad to have these skincares which gives me a really good result.

 It consist of three steps : 

First - exfoliate

Second - purifying 

Third - hydrating

 First step : exfoliating with greenish facial scrub. This scrub contains malachite.

Reveal beautiful skin. After cleansing, smooth away dead cells with a light circular movement, without rubbing and avoiding the delicate eye area. With exfoliating particles, harmonising malachite and vitamin rich, softening Hydracare+. 75 ml.

 Ingredient List:

AQUA, STEARIC ACID, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, GLYCERIN, DIMETHICONE, POLYETHYLENE, BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII BUTTER, STEARYL ALCOHOL, GLYCERYL STEARATE, PEG-100 STEARATE, METHYLPARABEN, CARBOMER, IMIDAZOLIDINYL UREA, PROPYLPARABEN, PARFUM, DISODIUM EDTA, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, FURCELLARIA LUMBRICALIS EXTRACT, CI 77891, CI 19140, CI 42090

Pros :

Really exfoliates dead skin cells

softening blackheads and whiteheads

reducing scars and dark spots

Cons :

a bit too rough for sensitive skin

not recommend for dry skin

contains paraben

Second step : purifying face mask. 

Detoxify and deeply cleanse your skin. Apply to clean, dry skin, avoiding eye area. Leave for up to 10 minutes, then rinse off. With detoxifying malachite and mineral rich kaolin to draw out impurities, and softening Hydracare+. 50 ml.

Ingredient List:

aqua, kaolin, olus oil, magnesium aluminum silicate, glycerin, cera alba, myristyl myristate, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, peg-100 stearate, potassium cetyl phosphate, phenoxyethanol, imidazolidinyl urea, parfum, xanthan gum, methylparaben, propylparaben, ethylparaben, malachite extract, furcellaria lumbricalis extract, citric acid, ci 77891, ci 77007, ci 77492, ci 42090, ci 19140

 Pros :

purify my skin perfectly

brightening effect

cleanse my pores thoroughly

took up all dirts and oils perfectly

Cons :

really needed to wash my face thorouhly after using it

have to double cleanse with toner to get all excess

still, contains paraben >_<

Third step : hydrating.

Rebalance and beautify your face. Apply to cleansed skin, smooth the serum into face and neck. Intensively hydrates and nourishes. With protective malachite, soothing sweet almond oil, and softening Hydracare+. 40 ml.

Pros :

very hydrating

doesn't make my face getting oily

moisturized my skin and make it supple

 

Cons :

Again, contains 3 kinds of paraben ;(

But, somehow I can tolerate its parabens as long as I got satisfying results. I've using similar product from Wardah Line. And I'll tell you that Wardah gives a pretty good result, but compares to swedish spa, well.... not really purifying for me. But, Wardah is a great compares because its a local brand and about five times less expensive than Swedish Spa. LOL.

Another point for Swedish Spa is... it last sooooo long. ha ha ha. I've bought it since almost two years ago, and haven't finishes yet, except for the purifying mask *I used it a bit too many to get the best result ^_^v.
